Our Focus

At Grandslam Fitness, we listen and work with our clients in setting their goals. We assist you in achieving your goals which you normally wouldn’t reach on your own. It is our priority to create a strong bond with each and every client built on mutual trust. Our tennis focus is based around the following areas: stroke technique, movement and footwork, tennis specific fitness, psychological and tactical game-plan. We will focus on helping our clients develop into a well-rounded tennis player with a better physique and an improved self confidence on and off the court.

Our fitness focus is based around the following areas: strength and conditioning, cardiovascular training, body-fat reduction, lean mass building,  injury rehabilitation, functional movement training, flexibility, speed and agility, coordination (hand-eye versus foot-eye) and mental toughness. We will focus on helping you towards developing a regular and consistent exercise routine whilst eliminating poor existing habits so you look better and feel great on the inside and out.
